How to verify your Aircash profile?

It’s very easy, just follow the steps below.

  • On the home screen, click on your “Profile” in the top right corner
  • Click on “Verify Identity”
  • Select the country and type of ID

  • Take a picture of the front of the ID
  • Take a picture of the back of the ID
3.
  • Start a short video verification
  • Read the numbers on the screen and follow the red circle
  • Complete video verification
4.
  • Verification successful
  • Congratulations, you are now an Aircash user

  • Allow the Aircash app to access your camera and microphone in your mobile phone settings
  • Select the country and document type
  • Take a photo of the front and back of your identity document so that all the information on the document is visible
  • Take a video of your face, reading out loud the 6 numbers displayed on the screen and following with your eyes the red dot that moves on the screen
  • Check to see if your face is visible in the video and if you can hear your voice, and if everything is fine, click “Finish”

Go to your mobile phone settings and check whether the Aircash app has access to your camera. Pay attention to the lighting of the room and if the camera is stable so that the photos are not blurry.
