Every year, Deloitte honors fast-growing technology companies that impress with incredible growth rates. The Technology Fast 50 Central Europe competition gathers the fastest-growing tech companies in Central Europe based on the fastest revenue growth over a period of four consecutive years.
Nearly 6,000% revenue growth
This year, Aircash secured 4th place and was recognized as the leading Central European tech company with nearly 6,000% revenue growth.
As Jiri Sauer, regional head of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program for Central Europe, emphasized, this year was the most competitive in the program’s 23-year history. “I must admit I thought last year’s record would never be broken. The fact that it happened so quickly strongly demonstrates the growing importance of tech companies in the economy as a whole,” Sauer said.
The success of this year’s program, which broke the record for the most applications, speaks to the exceptional potential of the companies on the list. Aircash was recognized among the top five fastest-growing tech companies in Central Europe, out of nearly 400 companies from the region participating in this globally recognized program.
Criteria for entry into the program
There were four criteria for entry into the program: being in business for at least four years; being a technology company with proprietary technology sold to customers in products contributing to the majority of the company’s revenues; having operating revenues of at least €50,000 in the base years 2018, 2019, 2020 and at least €100,000 in the current year (2021); and having headquarters within Central Europe. This program honors fast-growing tech companies with exceptional growth rates.
“Being among the top five fastest-growing companies in Central Europe just a few years after our founding is a great boost for us. Radically and permanently changing the way a traditional industry operates is not easy, and these recognitions show that we are heading in the right direction. The fact that this year we expanded from Croatia into several new EU markets (Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Romania) significantly impacted our growth, and further expansion plans will strengthen our global position even more. Ranking 4th among the 50 fastest-growing private or public tech companies in Central Europe is an important recognition from the global audit and consulting firm Deloitte,” said Hrvoje Ćosić, CEO of Aircash.
This position recognizes our dedication, hard work, and innovation in the FinTech industry. Our focus is always on our users – providing them with fast, efficient, and modern financial services.
