Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, JCB, Discover
How to top up:
Open the Aircash app and select “Deposit”.
Select “Card”.
Enter the amount.
Add a card if doing it for the first time.
Authorise the transaction via 3D Secure if required.
The money is available instantly.
Note: Your card will be saved for future top-ups. Even faster and simpler.
Top up with cash
You can top up your Aircash with cash at the following locations:
Tisak and iNovine kiosks
INA and Tifon service stations
How to top up:
Open the Aircash app and select “Deposit”.
Select “Cash”.
Enter the amount and generate a barcode.
Show the barcode to the cashier at a partner location to scan it and pay in cash.
The money is available instantly in your Aircash account.
Find the nearest location directly in the app, just below the barcode.
Top up by bank transfer (IBAN)
Transfer money directly from your bank account to Aircash.
How to top up:
Open the Aircash app and select “Deposit”.
Select “Bank account”.
You’ll see the payment details displayed:
IBAN Aircash d.o.o.
Model: HR00
Reference number
Download the barcode and scan it in your mobile banking app, or enter the details manually.
You can also top up in other currencies. Check available currencies on the home screen by tapping the currency below your balance.
Important!
To ensure your transfer is processed correctly, make sure to enter the correct reference model and reference number. If the details are incorrect, the payment will be returned to the sender’s account. If your banking app does not include fields for “Model” and “Reference number”, enter this information together with the recipient’s name in the “Payment description” or “Reference” field.
Funds are available depending on the payment method selected in your mobile banking app
Instant payments:
For payments between 06:00 and 21:00, the money arrives within 1 hour.
For payments between 21:00 and 00:00, the money arrives within 2 hours.
For payments between 00:00 and 06:00, the money arrives shortly after 06:00.
Standard payments:
Payments made after 15:00 are credited the next business day.
