* PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS Cashpot

Art. 1 – General provisions
1.1. The Cashpot promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Campaign”) is organized and operated by the provider MJP Interactive Limited, A Maltese legal entity with its registered office at Level 1, Burlington Complex, Dragonara Road, St.Julians, STJ 3143 Malta, with registration number in the Malta Companies Register C95830 (hereinafter referred to as ” Superbet” or the “Organizer”).
1.2. The responsibility for organizing the Promotional Campaign, including, but not limited to, establishing the ranking, determining the winners, ensuring the prizes, ensuring the functionality of the Promotional Campaign lies with the Organizer.
1.3. Superbet will ensure the transfer of the prizes won in the Promotional Campaign.
1.4. Participation in the Promotional Campaign does not imply the payment by the participants of a participation fee, respectively any additional expense or an increase in the price that the product or service previously had.
1.5. By simply participating in the Promotional Campaign, it is presumed that the participants are aware of and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions of organization and conduct of the Promotional Campaign (hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”). Any word or phrase that is not defined in these Regulations has the same meaning used in the gambling industry.
1.6. These Regulations are available free of charge to any interested person, on the Organizer’s online platform, for the entire period of the Promotional Campaign. Participants may also request the Regulations by sending email to email address: [email protected]

Art. 2 – Duration of the promotional campaign
This Promotional Campaign will take place between 13/12/2024 and 22/12/2024, during the periods indicated on the website of the Organizer and/or Superbet, daily (from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC).

Art. 3. Right to participate
3.1. All users of the Superbet online platform, who have a verified and validated game account and are registered and verified Aircash users, can participate in this Promotional Campaign.
3.2 Minors, employees, partners of the Organizer/Aircash or other persons in an interdependent relationship with the Organizer/Aircash may not participate in this Promotional Campaign.

Art. 4. The mechanism of the Campaign. Prizes
4.1. Participants who deposit a minimum amount into the Superbet gaming account, through the Aircash payment method (through the Aircash application), as it will be established and displayed on the Organizer’s website, will be included in the draw for the day on which the deposit was made, during which they can win one of the 100 daily prizes worth 100 lei each prize. A participant can register every day of the Promotional Campaign if he/she makes the minimum deposit to his/her gaming account.
4.2. A participant may make multiple deposits on a Promotional Campaign day, but only the first deposit will count for the draw.
4.3. The draws will take place daily and will be carried out with the help of the draw program used internally by the Organizer or, as the case may be, with the help of an external platform with such capabilities (e.g. https://www.tragerilasorti.ro/). In the event of a draw, 100 winners will be designated.
4.4. The winners will be notified of the prize won through the Aircash app.
4.5. The prizes obtained by the winners will be transferred by Superbet within 7 working days from the end of the Promotional Campaign. The prizes have no wagering conditions, the winners can immediately withdraw the prizes. The prizes/winnings may be subject to any verification processes, at the request of the Organizer.

Art.5 Interruption/Termination of the promotional campaign
5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotional Campaign at any time. Any change will not affect users who have opted in to participate, unless the change is necessary to manage/prevent fraud and other illegal behavior.
5.2. In the event of any of these cases, the Organizer will notify the participants as soon as possible.
5.3. In the situations referred to in point 5.1, the Organizer and/or Aircash no longer has any obligation towards the participants regarding the return of a monetary amount by way of compensation or the like.

Art. 6. Litigation
6.1. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants regarding any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotional Campaign will be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled in the competent Romanian courts of law in the municipality of Bucharest.
6.2. The applicable law is Romanian law.

Art. 7. Final clauses
7.1. The decisions of the Organizer regarding the Promotional Campaign are final and applicable to all participants.
7.2. All complaints shall be addressed to and resolved by the Organizer.
7.3. Participants whose accounts have been closed or suspended during the Promotional Campaign, as a result of the violation of the legal and/or regulatory provisions, as well as a result of self-exclusion, lose the right to participate in the Promotional Campaign, as well as any right to the prizes.
7.4. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud attempts, abuse or any other actions that could affect the image or reputation of the Organizer or its collaborators/partners or the conduct of the Promotional Campaign.
7.5. The General Terms and Conditions of the Organizer apply.
