You can withdraw money from your Aircash account at Aircash partner retail locations, any ATM, or transfer it to a bank account. Below are the steps for each option.

Cash withdrawal at retail locations

Where can you withdraw cash?
You can withdraw money from your Aircash account at the following locations:

  • Pagaqui

Steps for cash withdrawal:

  1. Open the Aircash app and select Withdrawal

  2. Tap Cash

  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and generate a withdrawal code

  4. Show the barcode to the cashier at any partner location

  5. The cashier will scan the code and give you the cash

  6. The money will be available to you immediately

Withdrawal to a bank account (IBAN)

Steps for withdrawing to an IBAN:

  1. Open the Aircash app and select Withdrawal

  2. Tap Bank account

  3. Enter the amount and your bank account number (IBAN)

  4. Tap Withdraw

  5. The money will appear in your bank account no later than the next business day, but it usually arrives within a few minutes
