How to top up your Aircash wallet from your bank account?

1. On the app homepage, select “Deposit”

2.Choose “Bank account as your top up method on top

Below you will find the bank details for topping up your Airacsh wallet, which you need to enter into your Mobile Banking app or the deposit slip. Copy the IBAN, model and payment reference number. Paste the copied data into your Mobile Banking app.

When will the bank deposit be visible in my Aircash wallet?

Your deposit will be visible:
• If the payment was made before 15:00h, the deposit will be visible the next working day.
• If the payment was made after 15:00h, the deposit will be visible in 2 working days.

If you made a payment from your bank account before 15:00h on Monday, the deposit will be visible on Tuesday morning. If the payment is made on Monday after 15:00h, the deposit will be visible on Wednesday morning.
If the payment was made on Friday before 15:00h, the deposit will be visible on Monday.
If the payment was made on Friday after 15:00h or during the Weekend, the deposit will be visible on Tuesday.

If I am making a deposit from abroad, in what currency should i make the payment?

If the payment is being made from abroad, please use Euros as the payment currency.
