To participate in the programme and receive a cashback, a minimum of 7 online purchases (purchases via the Internet) must be made during the promotion period using the same Aircash Mastercard card in the total minimum cumulative amount of EUR 250 at any domestic or foreign online retailer (e-comm).

Eligible payments are those made with a single Aircash Mastercard with a unique card number. If you own more than one Aircash Mastercard, payments made using each card will be counted separately. Also, each additional card linked to one account is deemed to be a separate card if the card number on it is different.

Cashback will be made by automatic payment by the card issuer to the account to which the card is linked. The fixed cashback amount you can receive within one month is EUR 10. One card with a unique card number can receive a maximum cashback of EUR 20 during the 2-month promotion period (from 1 October to 30 November 2023).

The programme will be implemented during the following promotion period:
1 October 2023 – 30 November 2023 (cashback by 15 November 2023 for purchases made in October 2023, cashback by 15 December 2023 for purchases made in November 2023). In accordance with the programme, card users can exercise the right to cashback twice during the Programme’s two-month promotional period.

One card with a unique card number can receive a maximum cashback of EUR 10 in a period of one month, i.e. EUR 20 during the two-month promotion period.

Cashback will be paid between the 1st and 15th of the following month after you meet the cashback requirement (after the last (7th) online payment in a row that qualifies you for cashback).

No. You can pay online using your mobile device, smartwatch, computer or tablet.

All transactions made online at any domestic or foreign online retailer using Aircash Mastercard cards are eligible for this programme. The only important criteria are that the total sum of all payments during the promotional period is at least EUR 250, and that the sum includes at least seven transactions. Online payments of your monthly utility bills that you make using your card on the portals or in the apps operated by utility bill issuers (e.g. within the app of your telecom operator) are also eligible. Transactions that will not be eligible for the programme are: sending money, transferring money, cash-like transactions, transferring money without purchasing a product or service, as well as transactions related to gambling, games of chance and payment of taxes, and refund, financing or top-up transactions.

No. To be eligible for this programme, you need to pay online using an Aircash Mastercard card over the Internet, not through e-banking or m-banking apps. Payments of monthly utility bills that you make using your Aircash card on the portals or in the apps operated by the issuers of utility bills (e.g. within the app of your telecom operator) are eligible for the programme.

No. You need to make a minimum of 7 online purchases (purchases via the Internet), totalling a minimum cumulative amount of EUR 250 within one month.

A transaction paid in instalments is counted once in the month in which the transaction is made, regardless of the number of instalments.

No. You get cashback automatically if you are an Aircash card user and meet the conditions for cashback.

You can lose your right to cashback if you violate the terms of use of the Aircash Mastercard, if the purchase on the basis of which the cashback is earned is cancelled, if you violate any of the terms or conditions of this programme, or if you close your account or card.
